CHARLES HILL 

Charles Hill is co-founding partner of Alta Real Estate Investments, LLC ("Alta") and has founded and served as managing member of a number of real estate based operating companies primarily focused on opportunistic multifamily real estate investments. Along with the other Principals of Alta, he is also a Partner and co-founder of CGHS Realty Investments, LLC. During the past 20 years Mr. Hill has acquired over 15,000 value-add apartment properties and has also been a developer of multifamily and single-family properties and has acquired office, storage, mixed use and hospitality properties. Over his career he has been involved in $5B+ of real estate acquisitions and mortgage originations throughout the United States. In the past, Mr. Hill has been a speaker at various real estate conferences and has been a guest lecturer in real estate at the Anderson School at the UCLA School of Management. Mr. Hill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Los Angeles, law degree from Southwestern University and has completed post-graduate studies at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

 
 
 

HOWARD SONG

Howard Song is a Partner and co-founder of Alta Real Estate Investments, LLC (“Alta”). Along with the other Principals of Alta, he is also currently a Partner and co-founder of CGHS Realty Investments, LLC. Over his career in real estate, Mr. Song has been involved in overseeing the asset management of more than 100 assets exceeding $1B+ and was also involved in the management of a large commercial real estate portfolio for a publicly traded bank. His prior experience also includes aiding in the acquisition of over $500 Million of multifamily investments on the West Coast. Mr. Song holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

GREG SALYERS

Greg Salyers is currently a Partner at Alta Real Estate Investments, LLC (“Alta”). Along with the other Principals of Alta, he is also a Partner and co-founder of CGHS Realty Investments, LLC. Previously, Mr. Salyers worked with a real estate investment firm where he was a key management executive, overseeing acquisitions and capital improvements. Being a founding member, Mr. Salyers helped grow the real estate portfolio of the company from their very first acquisition in 2008 to over 16,000 units by 2014. Mr. Salyers has also been a Principal in several mid-size Industrial and commercial developments in the Coachella Valley region of Southern California. In total, Mr. Salyers has been involved in the acquisition of over 200 assets totaling $2b in value over his career.  Mr. Salyers holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Arizona State University.
